Hello my #PlannerAddicts ♥ Today I’ll be sharing with you all how I create my stickers using the Silhouette Portrait. Now I’m not master at this step by step process is what works best for me, so hopefully it’ll somehow help you out if you’re looking for an easier way. Anyways, here we go…
things you’ll need
» Sticker Paper
» Silhouette Portrait
» Printer
Before we begin, have your design ready. I usually create mine by drawing/creating my graphics in Adobe Illustrator then I bring it into Photoshop to arrange them and what not :) If you don’t know how to create your graphics and want to learn, I highly recommend googling tutorials! There’s a ton out there that will teach you step by step. But if you want to just download graphics, then I recommend GRAPHIC STOCK. It’s my favorite for stock images – vectors, backgrounds, illustrations – everything you need, they have it ♥
Right now Graphic Stock is also having an amazing SALE!
$39.00 for a full 6 months of UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS!
They have over 300,000+ graphics, photos, vectors and more with royalty-free license so you can use them in commercial projects too without any copyright worries.
Visit Graphic Stock for more information.
I also created a template to help you out. Note that these are measured for The Happy Planner. So in the template you’ll find: Title Boxes, Full Box, Page Flags – small and big, Checklist Flags and more :)

Create a New File
Add Registration Marks
You should have something like this…
Draw Rectangle Shapes and set the sizes as 4x6in (or whatever you want)
Change the colors of the lines to BLUE (or whatever you want)
Copy & Paste the Stickers image (that you made)
Place in the center of shapes
Copy & Paste the Black and White template (png file)
Place on top of the Stickers image
Begin Tracing and set the lines to a different color, I used RED.
When you’re done Tracing, select the Black and White template (png file) and delete it.
You no longer need that :)
Now you’re ready to PRINT!
Once printed, it’s time to CUT.
