Video above is my “First Impression” on the products. Below are my final thoughts on each of the products featured in the video after using them for a couple of weeks.
Physicians Formula came out with the Nude Wear™ 1-of-a-Kind No-Makeup Makeup Collection a couple of months ago and I finally got my hands on them! I can say that I am in love with the products! First of all, the packaging is absolutely adorable and the products really does what it’s meant to do.
Strip down to your natural beauty with the glowing finish of our one-of-a-kind no-makeup makeup. 100% Nude Glow pigments let your skin breathe for a beautiful bare skin effect.
Comes in one shade: Nude Glow. Retails for $12.95
Claims: Perfecting all-in-one miracle tool (Concealer, Hightligh, Touch up tool) adds a touch of radiance with each stroke. Dark circles, fine lines, shadows and signs of fatigue appear to vanish for a beautiful bare skin effect.
My Thoughts: So starting off with the packaging… can we take a moment and admire it? It’s just adorable! How can you resist that? It’s too much! hehe Not only that but I really do like the product.
This concealer has a very sheer coverage. It does a great job on brightening my under-eye and is a really great highlight. But I do not recommend it to those who are looking to cover blemishes, for it will just disappoint you.
Comes in two shades: Light, Medium. Retails for $14.95
Claims: Perfect “no makeup” powder applies like a delicate veil of flawless, weightless coverage for a fresh and beautiful bare skin effect. Multi-colored palette of nudes creates the most natural skin-enhancing tone.
My Thoughts: The packaging for all the powders are the same. Cute box – LOVE IT! and it comes with a mirror in the back and a mini brush (see in photos above). As much as I love the packaging, it is pretty bulky, so I do wish they were a bit thinner.
Onto the product. I honestly didn’t think this powder would do anything for me, for it looks so light. But to my surprise, it gives me the same coverage as my BareMinerals Touch Up Veil in Tinted. It gives me a sheer coverage, just enough to put some color back to my skin and it has a nice, natural, glow-y finish. Now I’m the type of girl that doesn’t like a cake-y face, so I always look for powders that doesn’t have a lot of coverage but will do a great job on setting my liquid foundation and will keep me oil-free; And this product did just that! I also have combination skin and I tend to get really oily on my t-zone so I’m very impressed that this powder kept me oil-free for 5-6 hours.
Comes in two shades: Light Bronzer, Bronzer. Retails for $14.95
Claims: Perfecting “no makeup” bronzer delivers a complexion-boosting lit-from-within glow for a fresh and beautiful bare skin effect. Multi-colored palette of bronze shades creates the most natural, healthy bronze glow.
My Thoughts: I don’t know why, but I thought this bronzer would be too light for my skin tone but I was totally wrong. It’s the perfect bronzer to achieve that glow-y look! To be honest though, I wouldn’t use this bronzer everyday. I love my bronzers to be totally matte and this bronzer is not matte. It has a glow-y finish, which is really pretty but I think I’d rock that more in the summer. This would definitely be pretty as an all over bronzer though!
Glowing Nude Blush (Natural)
Comes in two shades: Rose, Natural. Retails for $12.95
Claims: Perfecting “no makeup” blush delivers a complexion-boosting, lit-from-within blushing glow for a fresh and beautiful bare skin effect. Multi-colored palette of blushing shades brightens and enhances skin tone while adding a touch of naturally radiant color.
My Thoughts: I really wish this blush would be more pigmented but it does give you a nice color on your cheeks so I’m not complaining. It’s pretty sheer and has that bit of a glow. It’s really pretty and natural looking.
